Great location, beautiful historic brick walls and original hardwood floors throughout the apartment. Having a gated private courtyard makes you feel safe. Any problems that have come up have been solved quickly by the apartment community. Love my experience here so far!

Wonderful location. Apartment management has improved dramatically since I've lived here, and now I feel like the apartment complex is well-managed. The courtyard is very nice.

The apartments themselves are great, very different from many other places downtown. The exposed brick walls look great on the inside, and are very insulating from noise on the outside. Also the location can't be beat - walking distance to all downtown and Mass Ave, arguably to the best restaurants and nightlife Indy has to offer.

I have had a great two years here. Friendly neighbors and it's great to be so close to Mass Ave. another big benefit is having the grocery store really close. I take I-70 to work each day so it's nice to hop on quickly.
